As a Landscape Maintenance Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing site evaluations to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Proactively manage maintenance teams, ensuring effective communication and reporting.
2. Supervise and implement general landscape upkeep, including the proper care and maintenance of tools and equipment.
3. Provide coverage and support for team members during periods of annual leave or illness as necessary.
4. Participate in bi-weekly management meetings, providing updates and insights.
5. Plan, estimate, and oversee small-scale landscape enhancement projects.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience in high-end residential landscape maintenance or soft landscaping, along with a background in management or team leadership.
- Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance operations and horticultural practices, including planting, pruning, and fertilizing.
Desirable Attributes:
- RHS Level 2 certification or equivalent.
- Valid driving license.
- Standard working hours from 30pm, Monday to Friday, with opportunities for overtime and weekend work.
