Job Summary:
People Solutions is seeking a skilled Multi Drop Van Driver to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering goods to local areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive delivery vans to make deliveries to local areas
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections to ensure safety and efficiency
- Make between 5-12 drops per day, utilizing a hand-held scanner to track deliveries
- Communicate effectively with employees and customers to ensure smooth delivery operations
- Handle goods with care to prevent damage or loss
Requirements:
- Over six months of multi drop van driving experience
- No more than three points on your licence for minor infringements
- No major infringements
- Hold a valid UK Category B Driving Licence
Desirable Experience:
- Over 12 months of multi-drop van driving experience
Training and Support:
- Site health & safety training provided, as well as an introduction to the hand-held scanners
