About the Role

The RAC Motoring Services is seeking a skilled Roadside Technician to join our team of experts in providing exceptional service to our members. As a Roadside Technician, you will be responsible for handling diverse breakdowns and technical issues, making technical expertise essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair complex vehicle faults
  • Provide technical support to customers
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest vehicle technology and industry developments

Requirements

  • A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent)
  • Demonstrable technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience (Minimum 5 years)
  • A customer-focused approach
  • A full UK driving licence
