Key Responsibilities:

As a permanent Gas Maintenance Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Servicing, repairing, and maintaining gas systems within social housing properties.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Required Qualifications:

To thrive in this position, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Gas Maintenance Specialist, ideally within the social housing sector.
  • Possession of CENWAT, CCN1, HTR1, CKR1 certifications - ESSENTIAL.
  • Access to a van, tools, and insurance.
  • Gas Safe registered with the necessary certifications and qualifications.
  • Comprehensive understanding of gas appliances, systems, and safety protocols.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
