Requirements:
  • CIPP Diploma in Payroll Management or equivalent
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a team
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of UK payroll legislation and systems
  • Ability to interpret complex regulations and legislation
  • Strong analytical and process design skills
