Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and seasoned Senior Architectural Leader to join our client's studio. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in steering projects, nurturing client relationships, and fostering the growth and success of the practice. This role presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced architect with robust leadership capabilities and a dedication to sustainable design to make a meaningful contribution to the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and direct architectural projects from initial concept to final execution, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and exceptional quality.
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a primary contact and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Provide strategic guidance and assist in the formulation and execution of the practice's business strategy.
  • Mentor and guide junior staff, promoting a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Work alongside other senior leaders to drive business growth and secure new project opportunities.
  • Ensure adherence to all applicable regulations, standards, and industry best practices.
  • Represent the firm at industry events and conferences, enhancing the organization's visibility and reputation.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A degree in Architecture and membership in a recognized professional body.
  • A minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering complex projects across various sectors.
  • Strong design and technical expertise, with a portfolio showcasing excellence in sustainable architecture.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Experience in business development and client relationship management.
  • Capability to lead, inspire, and motivate a diverse team.
  • Proficiency in relevant design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
