Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all departments within the superstore, including furniture, homewares, fashion, and upcycling studio
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement

  • Manage the store's inventory, including stock receipt, storage, and disposal
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Manager to develop and implement retail strategies

Requirements:
