We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Alumni Community to lead our alumni community strategy and engage our 35,000+ international alumni.

About the Role

This 12-month fixed term contract will provide the postholder with the opportunity to help shape the future of how we engage alumni in the lifecycle of Regent's, and allow them to explore innovative ways to build upon our existing programme for alumni.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive alumni community strategy to engage and retain alumni
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with alumni, academic staff, and other stakeholders
  • Manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Collaborate with the Alumni Community and Careers team to develop and deliver alumni engagement initiatives
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of alumni engagement initiatives and make recommendations for improvement
