Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct maintenance tasks, including Planned Preventative Maintenance and reactive service calls at various commercial locations for clients such as healthcare providers and defense organizations.
  • Oversee the installation and upkeep of Gas and Plumbing systems, emphasizing both reactive and planned maintenance.
  • Perform testing and inspection of mechanical services, along with repairs to heating, hot water, and ventilation systems.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong technical knowledge and expertise.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
  • Proficient problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • A commercial mindset with a client-oriented approach.
  • Willingness to participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota.
  • A valid driving license and enhanced DBS check are required.

Experience and Credentials:

  • Proven experience in commercial settings.
  • Relevant Gas qualifications, including certifications for Commercial Gas.
  • Additional qualifications in LPG or F Gas are considered advantageous.
