Job Title: Engineering Machinist Apprentice Trainer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Machinist Apprentice Trainer to join our team at MidKent College. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and training to our students, ensuring they receive the best possible education and skills to succeed in their chosen career.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate and deliver vocational study programme delivery activities, including teaching, exams, and time tabling.
  2. Take responsibility for day-to-day operational issues, ensuring a consistent approach is maintained across both sites.
  3. Inspire and motivate students through outstanding teaching and learning, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in engineering and teaching, with experience in delivering vocational training programmes. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team, communicate clearly with students and colleagues, and be able to adapt to changing circumstances.
