Zoetis Quality Assurance Incoming Inspection Specialist Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) within the material handling process
  • Conduct inspections and authorize incoming packaging supplies
  • Oversee sampling procedures and maintain accurate documentation
  • Assist in the qualification process for new materials and suppliers
  • Perform regular analyses to detect quality issues
  • Support audit processes and interactions with regulatory bodies
  • Participate in change management initiatives and uphold quality standards

Qualifications:

A high school diploma is required; a two-year degree with relevant experience is preferred.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Capability to meet project deadlines and adhere to established processes
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office software

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit, stand, and work overtime or weekends as needed
  • Capable of lifting materials weighing up to 40 pounds
  • Must wear appropriate personal protective equipment when necessary
