Role Overview:
The Plant Manager will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of safety that emphasizes compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key responsibilities include monitoring and managing production performance against budgetary targets through established KPIs.
Lead and direct teams to implement strategic changes at the site, including the identification and execution of capital projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
Develop and oversee budgets encompassing all cost centers within the area of responsibility, contributing to overall budget preparation and standardization across the organization.

Candidate Profile:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior leadership role within operations management.
Demonstrated success in heavy industry operations and manufacturing environments.
Proven track record as a brand leader.
Relevant degree in Manufacturing, Operations, or Business, or equivalent qualification.
Lean qualification through experience is advantageous.
Strong personal credibility with the ability to cultivate trusted relationships.
Proficient in leading and sponsoring lean and continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
Exceptional judgment and a proven ability to make informed decisions.
Competent in IT and various software applications.
