Due to continued success and recent tendering success, our client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join their team.
What We Offer:- Competitive Salary: £55,000+ per annum (Negotiable)

- Experience: Experience in NI Social Housing Contracts, Senior QS preferred, Experience working with M3NHF Schedule of rates
- Education: Full UK Driving License, Bachelor's Degree
- Skills: Project Management experience from start to finish, Communicate, negotiate and procure sub-contractors & supply chain, Advising project team on contractual issues, Ensure commercial compliance of current conditions of contracts, Upward and down chain reporting to senior management and wider project team
- Project Management: Pricing variations, compensation events, manage contractual notifications, programming and provide tender support
- Cost & Risk Control: Cost & Risk control and management, Provide accurate monthly project cost and performance reporting
- Financial Management: Preparation of monthly financial statements of anticipated Final Accounts detailing status of variations, in conjunction with project management and senior management
- Reporting: Assist with monthly work in progress reports with senior management
- Compliance: Being fully aware of and actively complying with the client's policies and procedures, including corporate policies and procedures, equality, environment, health and safety and data protection
