Dispensing Optician - Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 5-6 opticians and support staff in a paperless practice with iClarity PMS
- Manage daily operations, including double testing and frame selection
- Collaborate with the business team to drive strategy and frame buying decisions
- Ensure exceptional customer service and quality standards
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity
Dispensing Optician - Requirements
- Registered with the General Optical Council (GOC)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
