**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Area Support Cleaner to join our team at Kingdom Services Group Ltd. As an Area Support Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of various police stations in the Carmarthen area.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Cleaning and Maintenance:** Clean and maintain all areas within the contract, including offices, break areas, communal areas, washrooms, and toilets.
  • **Restocking and Waste Management:** Restock consumables as needed and ensure rubbish bins are maintained and emptied.
  • **Cleaning Tasks:** Perform dusting, mopping, vacuuming, wiping, and scrubbing surfaces, as well as touch point cleaning.
  • **Customer Service:** Provide excellent customer service and interact with clients in a professional manner.
  • **Teamwork and Communication:** Work individually and as part of a team, communicating effectively with colleagues and management.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous cleaning experience and knowledge.
  • Experience working in a customer-facing environment.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Good time-keeping skills.
  • A 'can-do' attitude.
  • Excellent customer service and people skills.
