Job Description

Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our client's business and contribute to their continued growth and success. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our client's products and services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain quality standards and procedures in accordance with ISO 9001 and 14001
  • Conduct regular quality inspections and audits throughout the supply chain and production processes
  • Develop and implement training plans to ensure that production operatives are equipped to meet quality standards
  • Collaborate with senior management teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Investigate and resolve quality-related issues and complaints
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure that quality standards are met
  • Stay up-to-date with environmental legislation and ensure that our client's operations are compliant

Requirements:

  • Qualified and experienced in quality management and ISO 9001 and 14001
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to travel locally and occasionally overnight

What We Offer:

  • Salary up to £40,000 depending on experience
  • 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
  • Enhanced pension contribution
