Host/Hostess

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Host/Hostess at Avery Healthcare. As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of food service and resident care.
Your primary focus will be on preparing and serving meals to residents, as well as maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our dining areas. You will also be responsible for supporting residents with meal choices and assisting with dining services as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve meals to residents in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including satellite kitchens and serving areas
- Support residents with meal choices and assist with dining services as needed
- Ensure that dining tables are set in accordance with our standard operating procedures
- Display menus and ensure that they reflect the meal choices for the day
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate and demonstrate high standards of personal hygiene. You will also need to have experience working in a similar setting, such as a restaurant or hotel, and possess a positive attitude towards residents.
