About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team at Tradewind Recruitment. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the progress and attainment of a high-achieving KS1/KS2 class.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist teachers in delivering lessons and managing classroom activities to create a positive learning environment.
  • Provide one-on-one support to pupils with learning challenges, ensuring their understanding of the curriculum.
  • Assist in the preparation of teaching materials, including setting up equipment and organising resources for lessons.
  • Build a positive rapport with all pupils based on trust and mutual respect.
  • Work effectively as a team player with the key stage and wider staff to share advice, resources, and best practice.
