Quantity Surveyor

AA Euro Group is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team. As a key member of the commercial team, you will be responsible for ensuring the maximum commercial benefit for the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage budgets, reports, and BOQs (Bill of Quantities) to ensure accurate cost estimation and control.
  • Collaborate with project teams to execute various stages of a project, from tender stage to final accounts.
  • Manage subcontractor accounts, interim valuations, and final accounts to ensure timely payments and adherence to agreed terms.
  • Administer contract obligations and meet additional client requirements, including issuing interim and final accounts and progress applications.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage complex commercial projects.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals.
