About the Role

We are looking for a Care Assistant who is passionate about providing exceptional care and support to our clients. You will be responsible for visiting clients in their own homes, providing personal care, assistance with daily living tasks, and promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Assist with medication management and administration
  • Prepare and cook meals and snacks
  • Support clients with mobility and transfer needs
  • Provide companionship and social interaction
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A passion for providing high-quality care and support
  • Previous experience in a care or support role (desirable)
  • A driving license and access to a vehicle (essential)
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
