- Agile Methodologies: Demonstrable success in delivering complex projects using Agile methodologies, ensuring efficient, adaptive outcomes.
- Leadership and Stakeholder Management: Strong leadership skills, with experience managing senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams in demanding environments.
