Job Title: MFL Teacher
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Multilingual Educator to join our team at Academics Ltd. As a Language Arts Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and interactive lessons to students in Key Stage 3 and 4.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities
- Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters creativity and critical thinking
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance curriculum development
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their growth and development
Requirements:
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status), QTLS, or Unqualified Teacher with a strong passion for teaching and learning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and parents
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, with a flexible and proactive approach
