Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at Premium Country Pubs. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving the culinary vision and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement menus that showcase the best of seasonal ingredients and local produce
• Lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional food quality and service
• Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and supply chain management
• Collaborate with the management team to drive business growth and profitability
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef Manager in a high-volume kitchen environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food trends and ingredients
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
