We're seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our finance department, you'll play a crucial role in driving business growth and success.

• Partner with business managers to analyze performance and drive strategic decision-making
• Ensure the integrity of financial data and provide insightful analysis to inform business decisions
• Work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement financial strategies
• Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive business growth

• Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent) with a strong track record of success
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong business acumen and understanding of financial markets and trends
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team
