You will be a senior member of the service desk, supporting the Infrastructure team. The role will be a mix of support and project work, requiring strong technical skills and experience working with a managed service provider.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced technical support to clients, resolving complex IT issues and implementing solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Infrastructure team to design and implement new IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and provide 24/7 support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical skills and experience working with Microsoft Remote Desktop Service, Office 365, Azure, Veritas Backup Exec, and PowerShell.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Experience working in a managed service provider environment.
