Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled HGV 1 Shunter Driver to join our team at Staffing Match. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for operating a shunter unit in the yard, moving vehicles around the yard, and completing paperwork.

About the Role:

  • Operate a shunter unit in the yard, ensuring safe and efficient movement of vehicles.
  • Move vehicles around the yard, on and off bays, as required.
  • Complete paperwork and other administrative tasks as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve logistics goals.

Requirements:

  • Full Cat C+E licence or above (minimum 2 years' experience).
  • A valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
  • Ability to pass a driving assessment and undergo a criminal record check.
