We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Children's Nurse to join our dynamic team at the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to children and their families in a challenging acute setting.
Key Responsibilities- Assess care needs and develop and implement programmes of care under the supervision of a Band 6 or above Registered Children's Nurse.
- Deliver high-quality care within agreed standards and the framework of team nursing.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to children and their families.
- Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of care.
