Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Manager and Bar Manager to enhance the concept and image of the Lobby Bar, including the introduction of new beverage offerings and menu updates.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all Bar operations and demonstrate flexibility by performing both Bar and floor duties as needed.
  • Ensure all guests receive a warm welcome and are served in accordance with our high standards
  • Accurately take and prepare guest orders in line with company protocols
  • Assume leadership of shifts in the absence of the Lobby Bar Manager and Supervisor.
  • Guarantee that the food and beverage service meets the expected standards, upholding the reputation of our establishment.
  • Possess thorough knowledge of the Bar menu and be prepared to recommend items to guests as necessary.
