About the Job

DBR Group Ltd is seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join their team on a 12-week temporary to permanent contract. The successful candidate will work with a well-established company in Bolton, manufacturing workspace furniture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret and use engineering sketches to communicate technical information and complete welding components.
  • Run and modify robotic welders, with a preference for experience in robotic welding.
  • Solve engineering-related problems and understand welding health and safety procedures.
  • Apply knowledge of metal insert gas (MIG) welding and fabricated parts production methods.
  • Effectively use a plasma cutter to cut materials.
Requirements
  • Good understanding of interpreting drawings.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Proactive and self-motivated attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Arrangements

Monday to Friday, 7 am to 4 pm. Pay: £13.37 per hour (PAYE).
