The ideal candidate will be a Project Manager with experience of managing commercial build projects, working for a Main Contractor on schemes valued over £500,000, and experience in the Healthcare sector. You will also have experience in new build and refurbishment, speaking to clients at multiple levels, and managing sub-contractors effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full operational responsibility for the project
  • Conducting regular client meetings to update on progress
  • Management of all site team, including sub-contractors
  • Working with Surveyors to ensure the project is in line with budgets
  • Ensuring Health and Safety is adhered to

About You:

  • Experience of managing a commercial build project as a Project Manager
  • Experience working for a Main Contractor on schemes valued over £500,000
  • Experience in the Healthcare sector
  • Experience in new build and refurbishment
  • Experience of speaking to clients at multiple levels
  • Experience of managing sub-contractors effectively
  • SMSTS and First Aid
  • CSCS card
  • Degree or HND Qualified or a Trades background
