Job Role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin number to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Achieving a high standard of care for our residents.
  • Leading the care team to deliver outcomes for the individuals we support.
  • Maintaining effective communications, both verbal and written, and making accurate reports on residents and informing other members of the senior care team of day-to-day changes.
  • Providing physical, emotional, and spiritual comfort to our residents.
  • Carrying out staff supervision and appraisals with the team/unit allocated.
  • Implementing changes in routine and/or procedures as agreed with the manager.
  • Assessing prospective clients/residents.
  • Completing the duty rota as necessary.
  • Participating fully in the training and development of all grades of staff.
  • Assisting the manager to work within agreed budgets.
