Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to customers in the bar areas
  • Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of wines, cocktails, and other beverages
  • Ensure compliance with workplace regulations in the department
  • Previous experience working in a high-profile, destination bar as a Cocktail Mixologist
  • Passion for creating exceptional cocktails and advising customers
  • Clear understanding of effective liquor, stock, and margin control within a bar environment
  • Self-motivation and excellent leadership skills
  • Team player with a willingness to develop other team members
  • Assist with monthly stock take and cost control
  • Create memorable experiences for guests while ensuring prompt and professional service
