Job Summary
We're seeking a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our team at one of our premium country pubs. As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll be responsible for running a section, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Section Management: Run a section of the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standard and that the team is working efficiently.
- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook food to order, using fresh and seasonal ingredients.
- Team Management: Mentor and train junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure they reach their full potential.
- Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation, ensuring that all dishes meet our company's standards.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer feedback and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements
- Chef Experience: A minimum of 1 year's experience as a chef in a high-volume kitchen environment.
- Chef Qualifications: A recognized chef qualification, such as a City & Guilds or NVQ in culinary arts.
- Team Management: Experience of managing a team, including mentoring and training junior team members.
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to respond to customer feedback and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
