Job Title: Commercial Associate Graduate Scheme

Location: Bolton

Salary: £25k basic with profit share taking your package even higher

Sector: Manufacturing

Pareto Law is a leading provider of commercial services, with a strong presence in the UK market. We are currently seeking a talented Graduate to join our team as a Commercial Associate.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing a thorough understanding of our business and its offerings
  • Engaging with prospects and building business relationships with potential clients
  • Managing their own territory with autonomy and integrity, visiting client and prospect sites regularly
  • Negotiating, closing and signing contracts with key decision makers and influencers
  • Acting as the interface and central point of contact between Customer, Sales, Delivery, Legal and Product departments
  • Liaising closely with existing customers on any contractual changes

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Educated to degree level
  • Exceptional communication, listening and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivation, with a strong desire to succeed
  • Comfortable in a target driven environment, with strong commercial acumen
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team, composed under pressure with the ability to think logically
  • Proven ability to learn new things and adapt to changing circumstances
