Gold Group is seeking a skilled and experienced Building Surveyor to join our team. As a successful and expanding Building and Electrical services provider, we are looking for a professional to help achieve our vision and support the development growth of our team.
Your Role:
As a Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for providing professional surveying services under the guidance of our Building and Planning Manager. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Recommending improvements to meet building regulations and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Conducting site visits throughout Kent and beyond to assess construction projects and provide expert advice.
- Collaborating with our team to develop and implement effective solutions to meet client needs.
- Providing technical guidance and support to colleagues to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Building Surveying Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Extensive maintenance surveying experience, preferably in the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and industry standards.
- Good IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office applications.
- A valid UK driving license and a willingness to travel for projects throughout Kent and beyond.
