Job Title: Design Manager

Join our team as a Design Manager and take on a challenging role that requires strong technical expertise and leadership skills. As a Design Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality designs that meet the client's expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the design process to ensure that designs are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to designers to ensure that designs meet the client's requirements.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure that designs are aligned with project objectives and timelines.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the design services provided.
  • Manage and maintain design documentation, including design specifications, drawings, and reports.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in design management, preferably in the nuclear sector.
  • Strong technical knowledge of design principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
