The Accounts Receivable Specialist plays a crucial role in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery. Your responsibilities will include managing contract processing, ensuring precise and timely invoicing for all new agreements and recurring revenue, as well as handling cancellation requests and credit notes. Additional duties encompass verifying that revenue is recognized accurately throughout the month, calculating any network overages, and assisting with month-end responsibilities.
This position offers the flexibility of remote work.
Key Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist:
- Revenue Recognition Management
- Customer Relationship Engagement
- Sales Order Processing
Qualifications for Success:
- Several years of experience in Finance, preferably in Accounts Receivable.
- Proficient IT skills, particularly in all MS Office applications, with a strong focus on Excel.
- Strong analytical abilities with a willingness to adapt to new software systems.
- Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills (proficient in English).
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Organized with effective time management skills and a commitment to meeting objectives.
- A genuine passion for assisting and engaging with customers.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly Netsuite.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
