Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Administrator to join our team at i2i Recruitment. As a Technical Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing administration support to our technical team, processing underwriting information and technical transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurate Data Entry: Enter data accurately onto computer systems efficiently within agreed timescales.
  • Document Organization: Organize multinational insurance documents for data processing.
  • Client Liaison: Liaise with clients in London to ensure there are no discrepancies.
  • Database Management: Enter information from a variety of insurance documents onto the database.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team to ensure that the work is completed to the agreed time scale.
  • Error Logging: Log any errors and ensure all information is accurate.
  • Client Relationship Building: Develop strong client relationships to contribute to the growth of the business.
  • Excel Skills: Use Excel on a regular basis to compose formulas and look ups.
Requirements
  • Working Knowledge of Excel: Working knowledge of Excel, and confident to perform pivot tables and look ups.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail.
  • Numeracy Skills: Strong numeracy skills.
  • Education: Minimum of 5 GCSE's grade A*-C including Maths and English.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to problem solve.
