Job Summary:

Kemp Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious Site Operative to play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of our projects across the UK network.

This physically demanding role requires a high level of fitness and a commitment to on-site safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the installation of pipework and oversee the day-to-day workload of Installation Operatives and subcontractors.
  • Support drivers with the unloading and loading of pipework.

Requirements:

  • Aptitude to work on construction sites and a strong understanding of on-site safety.
  • Ability to adapt and handle challenging situations with a positive approach.
  • Flexibility with working hours and occasional work away from home.
  • Current Full UK driving license.
  • CSCS gold card holder.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Site Supervision.
  • IOSH Managing Safety certification.
