This position is within our Funds division, focusing on our Public Equities and Credit clientele.
The Public Equities and Credit sector is characterized by rapid growth and a dynamic, performance-oriented atmosphere. As an Associate, you will play a crucial role in generating revenue by facilitating connections between our clients and industry experts who can provide valuable insights. Following an initial training phase, where you will refine your skills in identifying, sourcing, and evaluating relevant specialists, you will begin to manage your own portfolio of clients. Your responsibilities will involve extensive communication with both clients to understand their needs and with industry specialists to ensure the best match. Ultimately, your goal is to uncover client requirements and ascertain whether the experts we identify can address their inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Comprehend the needs of Public Equity and Credit clients and identify the most suitable experts to assist them. Provide exceptional client service by being a responsive, thoughtful, and proactive research partner. Engage with industry specialists on behalf of our clients through phone outreach to assess their suitability. Negotiate and persuade experts to connect with our clients promptly, scheduling calls efficiently while adhering to our compliance standards. After a few months, you will be responsible for the long-term success of your client portfolio by understanding their research needs and continuously evaluating how our offerings can support them.Professional Development
