Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled PMO Project Planner to enhance our vital PMO team. This role is essential for supporting critical initiatives within the water sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Report to the Senior PMO Planning Manager, developing, managing, and reporting on project plans and schedules.
- Ensure adherence to PMO planning policies and procedures, supporting resource management and performance reporting.
- Monitor supplier schedules and ensure compliance with established procedures.
- Facilitate the change control process by analyzing proposals and identifying associated risks and opportunities.
- Become an integral member of the project delivery team.
What You Bring:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven experience in scheduling project and program plans.
- Strong background in PMO-related activities.
- Expertise in Primavera P and Microsoft Project, along with proficiency in various Microsoft applications.
- In-depth knowledge of project and contract management, with excellent financial and commercial awareness.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, capable of building relationships across diverse groups.
- A forward-thinking mindset, adept at anticipating challenges and adapting to change.
- Ability to make informed decisions amidst uncertainty while keeping the broader objectives in mind.
