Key Responsibilities

  • Independently develop and innovate the food and beverage offerings while ensuring operational excellence and compliance.
  • Manage catering services across multiple venues, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
  • Establish and maintain food and beverage standards, implementing action plans as required.
  • Foster partnerships with key stakeholders, suppliers, and the local community to enhance service delivery.

Core Duties

  • Oversee the catering services at designated venues, ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Enhance food and beverage services at various cultural and leisure facilities.
  • Manage inventory and stock control across all locations.
  • Negotiate and liaise with catering suppliers to ensure optimal service.
  • Lead training and development initiatives for catering staff.
  • Collaborate with venue managers to enhance catering and event offerings.

Essential Experience

  • Proven experience in establishing catering operations and implementing effective systems.
  • Demonstrated expertise in food and beverage management.
  • Experience in training and developing staff for effective service delivery.
  • Background in providing catering services in diverse venues.
