Key Responsibilities
- Independently develop and innovate the food and beverage offerings while ensuring operational excellence and compliance.
- Manage catering services across multiple venues, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
- Establish and maintain food and beverage standards, implementing action plans as required.
- Foster partnerships with key stakeholders, suppliers, and the local community to enhance service delivery.
Core Duties
- Oversee the catering services at designated venues, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Enhance food and beverage services at various cultural and leisure facilities.
- Manage inventory and stock control across all locations.
- Negotiate and liaise with catering suppliers to ensure optimal service.
- Lead training and development initiatives for catering staff.
- Collaborate with venue managers to enhance catering and event offerings.
Essential Experience
- Proven experience in establishing catering operations and implementing effective systems.
- Demonstrated expertise in food and beverage management.
- Experience in training and developing staff for effective service delivery.
- Background in providing catering services in diverse venues.

- Ability to contribute strategically to organizational development.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in creating effective processes, including risk assessments and performance metrics.
