Job Title: HGV 1 Driver

Grafters Recruit Ltd is seeking an experienced HGV 1 driver for store delivery work based in Basildon. The ideal candidate will have a valid HGV 1 licence, held for at least one year, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver goods to stores on a regular basis
  • Work a varied shift pattern, including Tuesdays to Saturdays and Fridays to Tuesdays
  • Have a good knowledge of the HGV 1 vehicle and its operation
  • Be able to lift and move goods as required
Requirements:
  • Valid HGV 1 licence, held for at least one year
  • No more than 6 penalty points on licence
  • Driver CPC qualified
  • Digi Tacho Card
  • Good HGV 1 geographic knowledge
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
