The Team

We provide guidance to companies, management teams, investors, and debt providers throughout the business lifecycle, from initial startup financing to mergers and acquisitions, management buyouts, venture capital, restructuring, and private equity funding. Our corporate finance practice is expanding, focusing primarily on advising listed clients on equity capital raises in public markets.

Our Nottingham team is highly regarded and led by a skilled partner. We serve a diverse clientele, offering comprehensive advice on all aspects of the business lifecycle. The Role

We are seeking to enhance our team by adding a Principal Associate or Legal Director with substantial experience in managing M&A transactions and a variety of corporate dealings. You will be expected to lead certain transactions while collaborating with a Partner on larger or more intricate deals. Mentoring and developing junior associates will be an essential aspect of your responsibilities.
