Our ward, Ward YGC, is a dynamic and supportive environment where patients receive holistic and individualized care from a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering evidence-based care, promoting patient dignity and equality, and contributing to the development of our team.
Main Duties- Assist the registered nurse/practitioner in delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring patient dignity and equality are maintained at all times.
- Specialize in urological treatments, including prostate and bladder cancers, as well as head and neck cancer patients requiring tracheostomies and laryngectomies.
- Collaborate with the team to provide evidence-based, holistic, and individualized care for patients and their families.
- Encourage staff development and progression to their full potential.
- Welcoming Welsh and/or English speakers to apply, with the ability to speak Welsh being desirable.
