Job Overview

PRS is seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting electrical systems, and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform Predictive Maintenance (PPM) and reactive works within set time frames
  • Conduct maintenance tasks on building services, including fabric, HVAC, mechanical, and related systems
  • Provide call-out response and undertake contractor control duties on behalf of the client
  • Oversee electrical and lighting systems' general operation, repair, and maintenance
  • Install new equipment and check, repair, and replace functional components of electrical and lighting systems
  • Review historical maintenance records to create proactive inspection, testing, and preventive maintenance schedules

Requirements:

  • C&G NVQ 3 or equivalent in Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering
  • 18th Edition certification
  • Experience working on maintenance within a commercial environment, preferably in the facilities management sector
