The Associate Quantity Surveyor Role

As the Associate Quantity Surveyor, you will join a forward-thinking, multidisciplinary team of 30 professionals that includes Quantity Surveyors, Building Surveyors, Principal Designers, and Project Managers.

This is an incredible opportunity to take the lead on significant projects ranging from £1m to £40m in value, working across sectors such as Education, Residential, Commercial, Healthcare, Conservation, and Heritage.

In this client-facing role, you will have the chance to manage high-profile projects from inception to completion, providing full Quantity Surveying and Employer's Agent services while shaping the future of junior staff through mentoring.

This is a path to leadership, offering access to professional development programmes designed to boost your expertise and accelerate your career.

Requirements
  1. A strong Quantity Surveying background in a UK Construction Consultancy
  2. A RICS accredited Degree Qualification
  3. Previous experience in, or a desire to get involved in management
  4. Excellent Pre & Post contract experience
  5. A successful track record leading projects £10m-£40m from inception to completion
  6. Must be MRICS or nearly qualified
