Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Research Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organic synthesis, multi-step synthesis, and characterization techniques. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling reactions from mg to gram scale, isolating, separating, and purifying organic molecules, and identifying compounds using spectroscopy techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Optimize reaction conditions to improve yields and purity.
  3. Develop and implement new synthesis methods and techniques.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and data sharing.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Chemistry or Organic Chemistry.
  • 1-6 years of relevant experience in organic synthesis and characterization.
  • Strong knowledge of spectroscopy techniques, including NMR, IR, LCMS, and HPLC.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
