We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sous Chef to join our culinary team at Holroyd Howe, a leading contract-catering company. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our clients.



Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large kitchen teams, with a passion for creativity and a commitment to maintaining the integrity of our brand standards. You will be responsible for overseeing the running of the different sections of the kitchen, ensuring that orders and deliveries are managed efficiently, and that our service is smooth and of the highest quality.



Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a Senior Sous or Sous Chef in a busy, bustling environment with a focus on freshness and provenance of ingredients.
  • A proven track record of managing large kitchen teams and leading by example.
  • A true passion for creativity and a commitment to maintaining the integrity of our brand standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
