Care Home Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Home Manager to join our dynamic team at Appoint Healthcare. As a leading care provider, we strive to deliver exceptional care and support to our residents, and we need a dedicated professional to lead our care home in Derby.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strong leadership and management to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines, including those set by the Care Inspectorate.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders.
  • Manage the financial aspects of the nursing home, including budgeting and cost control.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing a care home with a strong track record of success in delivering high-quality care.
  • NMC pin preferred (Nurse / RGN / RMN).
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the regulatory framework.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and cost control.
